Question about Intex Pool heater
The heater has an output of 3000 watts. However, Swiss sockets are fused up to 10 amps with an output of up to 2300 watts.... Won't the fuse blow permanently or will the socket burn out?
We took advice from the electrician and then made a separate socket. That way it was never a problem. Otherwise, it depends on what else is in operation. For example, cooking and pool heating would not work at the same time.
In my house, the fuse kept blowing because I had put in an adapter without an earth connection, but with the earth connection it no longer blows.
