The grill reaches a maximum of 220-240*, which I think is too low. I have connected a new and sealed gas bottle, and there doesn't seem to be any leakage (checked everything with soapy water). What could be the problem here? The pressure regulator that was supplied is also the Swiss connection model.
This also annoys me from time to time - but I guess it's just normal!
According to the other two comments, it doesn't seem to be normal after all, both reach at least 300*!
Mine reaches 300 degrees without any problems. At the beginning of the season, the last 5 cm of the gas nozzle (inside the boiler) was partially blocked by insect nests. The gas then escaped elsewhere, so that the grill hardly got hot. The nozzle attachment inside the bowl can be removed for inspection simply by loosening screws.
Hello Nitux
It should be windless and the cold also plays a role. Is the burner working properly? I have preheated mine to 330°.
