Range in the building 25m. Are 1 or 2 intermediate walls included here? Unfortunately, I don't want to use the device in the ballroom, but rather in the smaller rooms ;-)

Yes, it also works from the next room, but it didn't work in several rooms,

Can confirm it myself. The thing is in the basement and it works from the garden (30m) and ground floor (10m - 2 thick and one thin wall).
