Question about D-Link Smart Plug
In Digitec's description, monitoring the power consumption is mentioned as a function. However, reviews on other websites criticise the lack of this function and the manufacturer's website and data sheet do not describe it either. Does this model have this function?
Nope, no such function! I actually bought this device because it is cheaper than the others that have this function.
That's why Digitec did a bad job!
But it's more of a gimmick that you rarely need, but it can also be interesting.

I've had it for a month and even after a long search I couldn't find this function - but for me it was more of a gimmick than an add-on, as I need the control for a terrarium lamp and the thing does a good job for that (also with automatic summer and winter time changeover).
