How exactly is the box attached to the carrier? Is it the same or similar to Thule's "PowerClick"?

I don't know what the power click is like, there are 4 C-hooks that are easily adjusted from the inside without tools.
They can be moved approx. 30cm in length (30+30=60) and the dimensions of the bars can be max. 4cm height x7cm depth.
