Question about Meater Pro Duo

How do I disconnect the meater pro duo from the wifi and only use the bluetooth?

Open the Meater app, go to the device settings and deactivate the Wi-Fi connection there. The product will then automatically connect via Bluetooth only.

The product can be used without WiFi by connecting it directly to your smartphone via Bluetooth. The probes communicate with the app via Bluetooth so that you can monitor the temperature even without Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is mainly used to extend the range in the home and for remote monitoring, but is not essential for the basic functionality of the barbecue thermometer.
