Can the Meater also cope with an induction cooker or is there a potential danger for meat and Meater?
Yes, it seems to work fine when I use it in a frying pan on my induction hob.
Unfortunately I can't answer that question, I've only ever used it for barbecues.
Yes. I always sear the meat first and our stovetop is induction.
