Are there alternative brackets for attaching the box to the carrier? The ones supplied are probably intended for rectangular bars. My roof rack is more oval or teardrop-shaped.... The brackets don't hold,,,

Hello, to fix the boot you also need crossbars that attach to the side bars. The shape of the crossbars is not important for fixing the boot.
