A more general-ish question. I see that the grills are black and the top ones are stainless steel. Aren't the black ones harmful? similar to the teflon pans? that black coating gets burned into the food and its really highly cancerous. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm interested in this grill, but cannot understand why almost all (new) grills have these black grills instead of the classic stainless steel.
