As far as I know, the Clip-Clap Switch cannot be integrated into a home automation system.
Perhaps the Maxsmart Power Plug Max Hauri maxSMART Power Plug (Digital) would be more suitable. However, this is not controlled or programmed via Bluetooth but via a powerline network with an app.

The manufacturer answers your question as follows: "The measurement accuracy is +/- 2%.
The protocol is not available, the devices can officially only be controlled with the corresponding device app for Android and Apple."
