Can I take wood from the forest and if so, how much?

Where is the recognition for us fathers!

If you want to chop your own wood for the fireplace or have a lot of trees in the garden, you need both an axe and a hatchet in your toolbox. This is because the two splitting tools have different areas of use. Axes are heavier than hatchets and are used for felling trees and splitting larger timbers. With a hatchet, you cut smaller branches and twigs from the trunk, for example.

The obvious difference between an axe and a hatchet is the size and length of the handle. In tool technology, the hatchet is classified as a subspecies of the axe. While an axe is generally designed for two-handed use, a hatchet is normally wielded one-handed.
