The Piccolo Rotante is a gas-powered outdoor pizza oven with a power output of 7 kW and a gas consumption of 509 g/h. The oven is designed for pizzas up to 16 inches and combines increased capacity with a compact design. A C-shaped main burner ensures even heat distribution in the cooking chamber, while the rotating pizza stone maintains a consistent temperature across the entire baking surface. The pizza is baked in 60-90 seconds, and the oven reaches operating temperature within 15 minutes. The double-walled insulation enhances heat retention and increases energy efficiency for stable performance throughout the year. Operation is managed via a rotary knob for gas supply, a push button for electric ignition, and a separate button to control the stone rotation.
