Etna Rotante Control

The Etna Rotante is a gas-powered outdoor pizza oven with a power output of 9.2 kW and a gas consumption of 669 g/h. The oven features a generous baking surface for pizzas up to 16 inches or 40.5 cm in diameter and combines a rotating pizza stone with a U-shaped main burner and an additional booster burner with 0.7 kW of power beneath the stone. Advanced infrared and ambient sensors are controlled by a smart algorithm to ensure consistent temperatures and prevent under- or over-baking. The dual control interface with touch operation and a removable 4.3-inch LCD display allow for precise control of temperature, baking time, and rotation. The pizza oven reaches operating temperature in 15 minutes and bakes pizza in 60-90 seconds. The double-walled insulation enhances heat retention and energy efficiency for year-round outdoor use.
