To reach deep-seated screws, the blade diameter of conventional electrician screwdrivers is often too large. However, removing the insulation is not permissible and also endangers personal safety. With the Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY, specifically developed for electrical applications, the protective insulation is integrated into the blade, allowing for blades that are up to 33% slimmer. This enables easy access to deep-seated screws and spring elements with the slimBits.

Features:

  • The slimBits ensure good and protected access to deep-seated screws.
  • Space-saving due to an extensive interchangeable bit system.
  • Suitable for work on live parts up to 1,000 V/AC.
  • Each tool is individually tested at 10,000 V/AC according to IEC 60900 and approved for 1,000 V/AC.
  • 6 mm slimBits are only to be used with the slimVario bit holder and slimTorque VDE bit holder (VDE torque system).
  • VDE and GS certified.
  • No slim version available.
  • Slotted with a pin.
