Additional information: no slim version. Note: VDE and GS certified. The blade diameter of conventional electrician screwdrivers is often too large to reach recessed screws. However, removing the insulation is not permissible and also endangers your own safety. With the specially developed Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY for electrical applications, the protective insulation is integrated into the blade, allowing for blades that are up to 33% slimmer. This makes it easy to access recessed screws and spring elements with the slimBits. The insulated slimBits are subjected to a piece test according to the international standard IEC 60900 and enable safe work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. 6 mm slimBits can only be used in the slimVario® bit holder and slimTorque VDE bit holder (VDE torque system). Tested according to IEC 60900.
