Please note that devices with a connection value of 230V are delivered either with a protective contact plug or a fixed connection (without a plug), depending on the power rating. If the device has a fixed connection, a qualified professional must be commissioned for the installation. All devices with a connection value of 400V or higher must be operated via a suitable high-voltage connection and can only be connected by a qualified electrician. For devices with a rated power of more than 12KW, approval from your network operator is required.
