The voltage alarm measuring device indicates the undervoltage of the electric fence by blinking. You simply need to attach the device to the fence; it does not require grounding. Two threshold voltages can be set on the back of the device: When set to Level 1, the display blinks when the fence voltage falls below 2 kV. When set to Level 2, the display blinks when the fence voltage falls below 4 kV. It comes with a lithium button cell. Usage instructions: The battery protection must be removed before turning it on, and the casing must be opened.
