The Bastard Medium is the perfect companion if you enjoy cooking for your guests and yourself, but your outdoor space is a bit limited. It offers all the possibilities of the Bastard Large, think delicious pizzas, pulled pork, smoked salmon, and of course, just a nice steak! However, in terms of size, the new variant of the Bastard Medium is a bit more compact for your rooftop terrace or garden.

The Bastard Medium features a multi-level system, allowing you to control two temperatures simultaneously. Two stainless steel halves enable you to play with your temperature by placing your grills at different heights. Both the outer and inner shells of the Bastard are made from industrial ceramic (cordierite), making them very durable.
