Make the most of your grill with our Multilevel Cooking System - a modular system that transforms your Bastard into a multi-talented appliance. This allows you to create the ideal grid arrangement for a complete meal all at once.

The Twilight Zone!
Divide the charcoal basket into two zones by filling one side with charcoal, placing the half-moon stone, and the grid above it to create a direct and an indirect zone. Combined with our half-moon accessories, the possibilities are endless.

The Stand!
We designed our plate setter to also serve as a pan holder. Flip the frame upside down, and you can start direct cooking. It can be used with our Phantom Steel Wok, Dutch Oven, or Paella pan.
