Make the most of your grill with our Multilevel Cooking System - a modular system that transforms your Bastard into a multifunctional tool. This allows you to create the ideal grid arrangement for a complete meal in one go.

The Twilight Zone! Divide the charcoal basket into two zones by filling one side with charcoal, placing the half-moon stone and the grid on top to create a direct and an indirect zone. Combined with our half-moon accessories, the possibilities are endless.

The Stand! We designed our Plate Setter to also serve as a pan holder. Flip the frame upside down - and you can start direct grilling. It can be used with our Phantom Steel Wok, Dutch Oven, or Paella Pan.
