With the testo 105 penetration thermometer, you can reliably measure the core temperature of semi-solid media such as meat, cheese, and jellies. The included standard probe for immersion and penetration measurements easily penetrates these types of food. With the optional probe for frozen goods, you can also test deep-frozen products for the required temperature limits. Of course, the penetration thermometer is also suitable for measuring the temperature of liquid media. In this case, the additionally available long probe (200 mm) is also very effective.

The testo 105 penetration thermometer is a true professional tool. Its practical one-handed operation, compact size, and illuminated display make it easier to work in everyday practice. An acoustic and visual alarm reliably warns of any under- or overstepping of the freely adjustable limit values. A belt and wall holder ensures safe storage even on the go: the penetration thermometer is always within reach.

Good to know: Thanks to its water-repellent surface, the penetration thermometer can also be cleaned under running water, making it particularly hygienic in accordance with protection class IP65. The testo 105, like all Testo temperature measuring devices for the food sector, has been tested according to EN 13485 and certified by HACCP International.
