Product details

The Steak Champ 3-Color LED Thermometer is easy to use: To measure the core temperature, turn on the SteakChamp in the activator and insert the metal probe into the raw meat from the side. A green double flash signal indicates that the steak is medium rare, yellow light means it is medium, and red light indicates medium well. Remove the steak from the heat at the desired doneness and let it rest. When the flashing light goes out, the resting time is over and the steak is ready. The SteakChamp then automatically turns off. Suitable for grill, pan, and oven, heat resistant up to 500°. Battery operated (lifetime: approximately 1000 to 2000 steaks).
