The Spelsberg terminal box RK 4/18-18x4 is a robust junction box designed for standard indoor installations. The polystyrene housing, with a material thickness of 3 mm and a rectangular shape, provides a stable and durable solution for electrical connection installations. With 18 screw terminals that can accommodate a conductor cross-section of up to 4 mm², the terminal box ensures a safe and reliable connection. It is surface-mounted, with internal mounting points that allow for easy and precise installation. The terminal box is halogen-free and features a cover that is secured by screws to provide optimal protection. Thanks to the IP54 and IP66 protection ratings, the device is protected against both dust and water, enabling its use in various environments. The design meets the requirements for an explosion-proof version, with the terminal box rated for a nominal voltage of 400 V AC. The operating temperature ranges from -25 to 40 °C, ensuring safe operation even under extreme conditions. Additionally, the terminal box is plumbable and offers high impact resistance (IK07).
