Product details

Soudaflex PU sealant 40 FC is a high-quality, elastic one-component polyurethane-based joint sealant with a high modulus. It remains permanently elastic after curing and offers excellent chemical resistance. The sealant has very good adhesion to many materials and can be painted over after curing. It is resistant to hydraulic oil and is suitable for all sealing and bonding applications in the construction and metal industry.

Applications include structural joints in vibrating constructions, sealing shrink joints in concrete floors, flexible bonding in container construction, sealing deck seams in shipbuilding, and bonding roof tiles, skirting boards, and ventilation pipes.

Skin formation occurs in approximately 25 minutes at 20 °C and 65% relative humidity, with a curing speed of 3 mm per 24 hours under the same conditions. The temperature resistance ranges from -30 °C to +90 °C.
