Product details

The designer plancha for the balcony and kitchen. 4 mm thick cooking plate made of carbon-laminated steel. Dimensions 50 x 30 cm. 2 cm edges. Chassis: 304 stainless steel double wall + red painted steel. Adjustable feet for positioning the plancha. Rapid temperature rise.

Grease collection drawer at the front (for easy removal of cooking residues). Capacity: 250 ml. Easy to clean by rinsing with water or ice cubes. Steel is an excellent conductor of heat, allowing for proper searing and is suitable for all foods: meat, grilled meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, stews, etc.

Important: A steel plate must be oiled regularly.
