Product details

The refined griddle for indoor and outdoor kitchens features a 6 mm thick laminated carbon steel surface with dimensions of 50 x 40 cm and 5 cm edges. It has a 304 stainless steel frame and adjustable feet for positioning. The griddle offers a rapid temperature rise and includes a removable front grease trap for easy removal of cooking residues. It is easy to clean by de-icing with water or ice cubes. Steel is an excellent conductor of heat, providing a perfect sear and is suitable for all types of food, including meat, grilled meats, fish, vegetables, fruit, and stewing. Important: Steel griddles should be oiled regularly.
