Product details

The refined grill plate for indoor and outdoor kitchens features a 6 mm thick laminated carbon steel surface with dimensions of 50 x 40 cm and 5 cm edges. It has a frame made of 304 stainless steel and adjustable feet for positioning. The grill plate offers a rapid temperature rise and includes a removable front grease drip tray for easy removal of cooking residues. It is easy to clean by dipping it in water or ice cubes. Steel is an excellent heat conductor that allows for perfect searing and is suitable for all types of food, including meat, grilled meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, and stews. Important: Steel grill plates should be regularly oiled.
