Product details

Digital food thermometer Need'it for making caramel candies, macarons, and tempering chocolate. Includes battery.

Material: Probe made of stainless steel 18/8, suitable for contact with food. Works on induction cooktops.

Usage instructions: Press the ON/OFF button to turn the thermometer on and off. Press the °C/°F button to select the desired unit of measurement. To read the temperature away from a heat source, press HOLD to freeze the display. The symbol 'H' will appear on the screen. Press the HOLD button again, and the thermometer will resume measuring. Temperature range: -50°C to +300°C. Automatically turns off after 10 minutes. Battery: 1 x 1.5V (LR44).

Precautions for use: Keep out of reach of children. Clean the probe with a damp cloth. Do not immerse. Do not place in the dishwasher.
