Sage The Smart Oven Pizzaiolo Pizza Oven. The compact Pizzaiolo oven for home use reaches temperatures of up to 400 °C and can bake an authentic wood-fired pizza in just 2 minutes. The Element iQ system also provides the ideal baking environment for various types of pizzas: New York-style, pan pizza, thin and crispy pizza, as well as frozen pizza. The independently regulated, dynamic baking stone is positioned directly above the responsive Incoloy heating elements. The genuine cordierite stone heats up quickly and maintains the desired temperature evenly, ensuring that the pizza crust achieves the perfect level of browning, just like a classic wood-fired pizza. Thanks to the combination of a double-walled front glass and insulation of the cooking chamber with various materials, it is ensured that the high temperatures in the cooking space are contained while keeping the exterior surfaces of the oven as cool as possible.
