Saffire Platinum 13

The smallest version of the Saffire Platinum ceramic barbecue, with a grilling surface of 330 mm in diameter, makes barbecue dreams come true even on small terraces. The grilling area reaches the required heat just 15 minutes after firing up, and the temperature can be read off the lid at any time. Thanks to good insulation, the temperature remains constant for a very long time, so that you can enjoy barbecuing even in winter. The Saffire Platinum 13 includes a heat reflector for gentle indirect cooking and an ash slider. The charcoal basket is in two parts and the large ash pan can also be removed to dispose of the ash. Due to the high heat, no fat sticks to the interior after grilling - the grill therefore cleans itself. The chimney, the fittings, the grill grate and the lid handle are made of easy-to-clean stainless steel.
