This is ensured by the large fireclay bricks and the separately adjustable top and bottom heat up to 350 °C. Thanks to the integrated timer of up to 2 hours, your dishes cook in a predefined time while you concentrate on other tasks. The stone oven complements Italian pizzerias as well as cafés and snack bars that offer crispy baked goods.
