To estimate the temperature of the roast, it is not advisable to let the hot air from the oven blow in your face. Sticking your finger into the ham is also not a very good idea. Instead, reach for the digital kitchen thermometer. Its long probe made of stainless steel prevents you from burning your hands. The LCD display provides quick and reliable information. The household thermometer is powered by an AG13 button cell (already included). To keep the temperature measuring device within easy reach, it comes in a suitable container with a loop.
