I have tested several electric grills and was never really happy. But with the Pulse 2000 it's different: the two separately controllable heating coils and the fast heat-up allow really uncompromising grilling. The probes are great - work really well. It's a bit of a shame that the temperatures of the probes are not displayed directly on the grill itself (app is required). However, it must be said that the app connects really neatly and works well. Another negative point is the lack of a brightness sensor for the display - it is permanently very bright. Great in the sun, of course, but a bit blinding in the evening. The grate is super easy to clean (since it consists of two halves). The maximum temperature is somewhere around 315 degrees (very good). The control itself is unfortunately not waterproof, which requires extra caution (grill always nice cover or remove control - which is also easy). For an electric grill, the appearance is top, but comes for me still not quite to a classic grill ball ran. The price is certainly chosen high, but is ok (because best electric grill). Have also already baked various pizzas with it when I was too lazy to heat up the real pizza oven. There is a pizza stone (I think even from Weber). Lasagna comes out great, too. Next: eliminates paranoia from gas grills and effort from charcoal grills. Even my girlfriend, who has never grilled for herself, comes home in the evening and quickly throws the grill on. Because it's really easy.

Grease does not run into the grease tray, but sticks to the funnel and the grill has to be disassembled after several uses. The materials of the lid and the tray are inferior to those of my old Q200 from Weber. For this price, more has to come. In fact, we sold our grill again (Ricardo) and switched to the old gas grill. In the end, the grilling result wasn't great either. All in all, disappointing. The super great reviews here are not comprehensible - are these really buyers?

Keeps what the comments and reviews on the Internet promise - probably one of the best electric grills currently, but also at the corresponding price.

The electric grill is very expensive, but in use it convinces. The grill heats up quickly and is easy to clean after use. The temperature sensors are poorly solved: you can plug in 4 sensors on the grill, but the display is only available on the app. It would be much better if the display was the same on the grill. Only the internal temperature is displayed on the grill (i.e. an average value if the two sides are not equally hot).
The app is nothing special, and the smartphone has to be close to the grill for the Bluetooth connection to work.
Regarding temperature, Weber only gives very rough ranges. So it is by no means a degree-exact regulation, as is known today from modern ovens. The grill can vary by 20°C per setting.
