One of the best gifts so far
I got this beautiful gem for my 30th birthday, as I am passionate about cooking. When I read in the instructions how much gas the device requires I cringed a bit. However, with the first bottle we have so far 30 baguettes, 20 tarte flambée and over 50 pizzas through and the bottle is still not empty. Sensational results in just a few seconds. Better pizza / tarte flambée than 99% of restaurants. I would never give it away again.

Super oven
Product was delivered with the wrong gas pressure regulator (EU). However, Galaxus replaced it. It was a hassle, as it cost valuable (sunny) days again. But now the grill is ready for use.
The grill is great, especially the large baking surface! Attention Pizza within 90 seconds, great!Pro

Now great...
After the pressure regulator was replaced, I was able to put the oven into operation. The oven is great - first impression.
You certainly have to go through the handling and the correct procedure for preparing the pizza a few times, but the first pizza was already really good and this without any experience with the appliance, the heat distribution and the technology...
The space is sufficient for large pizzas but the real advantage is that the pizza can be turned and placed more easily.
The Sizzler Pan has been used several times and partly replaces cooking/roasting on the stove. There are certainly countless recipes you can try out.
The product makes a solid impression. I cannot judge the quality over a longer period of time.
I give the product full points.
I don't rate the mistake with the wrong CH accessories here. But for a product that is operated with gas, there is no tolerance with regard to safety and delivering a product with the wrong pressure regulator is unacceptable.Contra

Ooni Koda 16
I had already the predecessor (Ooni Koda) and other pizza oven in use with me and baked hundreds of pizzas. Now I have ordered the Ooni Koda 16 and was not disappointed. Can now finally bake larger pizzas with it. This oven is very easy to use. Another advantage is that with the round shovel the pizza can be turned without problems. I got a perfect napoletana pizza the first time I tried it. Can only recommend this oven to everyone.

I already had the Ooni Koda, the smaller version, which was already great, but the Ooni Koda 16 takes it up a notch!
More heat and you can make bigger pizzas.
