I am very satisfied with the product. But now I have lost the fastening clip. Is it also available separately?

I recently bought the thing until I realised it didn't work at all. Do I still need "Weber iGrill mini" or "Weber iGrill 2" to use this? These are just accessories, aren't they?

yes. the sensor can be plugged into the iGrill.

It borders on cheekiness - until 4 weeks ago you could monitor the grill chamber with the standard sensors, but since the last update you can no longer...

That's exactly how it is! Since the app has been offered by Weber and no longer by iGrill, it can no longer be used. All the presets are gone. At least since the last update the temperature goes up to 300° again. All these points have already been mentioned a thousand times in the App Store and Weber has promised to reinstate all the old functions.... Everything will be better let's go back to good...
