What is a Fischer railing? I use them via a T-slot. I assume these are standardised.

Opening and closing is possible without a key. It is locked with a key, i.e. it can no longer be opened.
The ski carrier is mounted on a Thule roof rack, not directly on the car. It is independent of the car brand. At Thule you can see which roof rack it is compatible with.

The specified load is achieved when the skis and the boards lie with the bellows sides on top of each other. This means that the bindings must be sufficiently flat. In addition, you can mount additional feet (see manual) which give another 29mm more distance. I have mounted them.
It depends on the year of manufacture of the car. In general, you still need accessories to install these roof racks. I recommend you visit the Thule website www.thule.com. The buying guide is really great.
