According to the number given, it is a Thule SquareBar Evo. The feet 753 are also compatible with SquareBar Evo.

It needs 3 components (carrier rails, Rapid System, and the THULE kit 183145). I couldn't order the kit from Galaxus because it wasn't available. I had to switch to another supplier, and the kit was only supposed to be delivered today (so I haven't fitted it yet). For mounting you have to watch a YouTube video, the included Thule instructions are useless. Greetings, Dani

It depends on the car which accessory kit you need!

I could not fit the Rapid System 753 directly onto the Mercedes B Classe. I needed a 3066 kit, which I don't think is available from Galaxus. I bought it at Dachbox.ch. Ergo, I wasn't entirely happy at Galaxus and had to find another solution. But the roof rack is OK and good to use.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a supplier who can offer us this kit. However, should we find a suitable dealer, we will try to include this item in our range.

In my opinion, you need a vehicle-specific kit that fits the railing of your Passat model and the Rapid System from Thule. Unfortunately, only the Thule website can help you here, but Galaxus will then include the kit in its range for you (usually).

If you have fix points, then yes, it's the 3095 with Thule Rapid System 753. For the normal roofs it's the 1622 with Thule Rapid System 754.
