Hello, pizza breads and flat breads yes, other breads no in my view. The opening is too small, but more importantly, the heat and humidity cannot be maintained or controlled for breads. The pizza oven also has too much top heat for breads. Greetings

Dear Patricia. Unfortunately, I can't answer this question. I don't work at Galaxus or Oonio and simply bought the same model as my neighbour😉. I wanted to be more independent in terms of where I use it, hence the choice for a wood-only stove. I suggest you direct your question about the 12G model to Oonio.
