According to the manufacturer, it is the same product, but the cheaper product is an older batch that is no longer manufactured, but has the same functions and requires spare parts as the new version.

Kärcher has different voltages (18 and 36 V) for the rechargeable batteries. This hoover has 36 volts, so I bought the "Kärcher Starter Kit 36 V". Must be purchased separately.

The charger was delivered to me with the battery. The battery was not included in the price of the hoover!

No, unfortunately I didn't know that either, and it didn't say anything about it not having a battery until it was on the packaging.
Unfortunately no. The battery must be purchased separately. The cheapest option is to buy a starter kit with charger. Since Digitec/Galaxus does not offer this, here is the link to kaercher.com: https://www.kaercher.com/ch/zubehoer/starter-kit-battery-power-18-50-24450630.html
The hoover comes without a battery. Battery is sold separately and lasts approx. 30 min.

The more "ah" the battery has, the longer the operating time. We have two 5ah batteries to power a 170m2 house.

No, the battery and the charger are not included.
In the event of a warranty claim, this is registered with us via the customer profile, but the entire process then takes place with Kärcher.
