Yes, but it will be much too big... It might even touch the ground and will be impossible to tighten. Ours is 3.66 m long and it's already too big!
Yes, the tarp fits pools up to 3m 96. We have a pool that is 2m44 for which it is not suitable (too big).

Yes, it is suitable for all pools up to 396 cm in diameter.

Up to 396cm.
We also used the plans for a 3.60m pool. Fits great.
