To utilise two solar pool heaters effectively, it is better to connect them in series. This allows the water to flow through both collectors, resulting in more effective heat transfer. If connected in parallel, the water could flow through both collectors at the same time, possibly resulting in less heat gain as the water does not stay in each collector for as long. However, it is important to consider the maximum output of the pump to ensure it can cope with the increased resistance.

I had 2 solar mats. My pool was round. 3.75 m in diameter and about 70 cm deep. I connected the mats to a Gardena submersible pump, which I ran every 30 minutes. That brought about 3 degrees per day. It was really good. I can only recommend it. Don't buy the mats from Intex. They are cheaper, but they break after 2 weeks.
