Suitable for polishing with polishing paste bars, grinding pastes or diamond polishing pastes in face grinding on small and medium surfaces. Drive types:. - Flexible shaft drive.- Straight grinder.- Angle grinder.- Battery angle grinder. Applications:. - Polishing. Recommended use:. - Use COMBIDISC felt discs with abrasive disc holder on flexible shaft drives with angle handpiece, small compressed air or electric angle grinders. - For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 5-10 m/s. This provides an ideal compromise between polishing performance, temperature stress on the workpiece and tool wear. - When changing polishing compound, use a new, unused felt wheel. Material:. - Aluminum.- Cobalt-based alloys.- Nickel-based alloys (e.g. Inconell and Hasteloy).- Bronze.- Titanium.- Titanium alloys.- Copper.- Brass.- Zinc.- Stainless steel (INOX).- Thermoplastics.-.
