Universally applicable for surface treatment of small and medium surfaces of metals, such as removal of pre-grinding marks, oxidation, and light deburring work. Achieve matte and satin finish surfaces. Drive types include flexible shaft drive, straight grinder, angle grinder, and battery angle grinder.

Applications include roughening, deburring, surface finishing, cleaning, welding seam finishing, structuring (matting, line matting, and satin finishing), and gradual fine grinding.

Application recommendation: When grinding, the addition of oil or water results in an even finer surface, cooler grinding, and longer tool life.

Materials suitable for use include aluminum, cobalt-based alloys, nickel-based alloys (such as Inconel and Hasteloy), bronze, titanium, titanium alloys, copper, brass, stainless steel (INOX), thermoplastics, fiber-reinforced thermosets (GRP, CFRP), hardened, quenched and tempered steels above 1,200 N/mm2 (above 38 HRC), steel materials with a hardness above 54 HRC, and steels up to 1,200 N/mm2, including cast steel.
