• Application recommendation: Use suitable grinding oil for the material to significantly increase the tool's service life and grinding performance. To ensure a secure fit of the grinding sleeve, adhere to the minimum speed of the grinding sleeve holder. For easy changing of the grinding sleeves, slide them on and off with a slight right rotation while keeping the grinding sleeve holder clamped in the tool drive. For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 20-30 m/s.

Processable materials: Brass, thermoplastics, aluminum, ductile cast iron, bronze, cobalt-based alloys, copper, fiber-reinforced thermosets (GRP, CFRP), gray/spheroidal cast iron (GG/GJL, GGG/GJS), hardened, tempered steels over 1,200 N/mm² (54 HRC, cast steel, steels up to 1,200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC).

Processing tasks: Edge processing, stepwise fine grinding, leveling, roughening, sharpening, surface processing, weld seam processing, deburring.

Safety notes: The maximum permissible peripheral speed is 30 m/s. The specified maximum permissible speed must never be exceeded for safety reasons. Do not let the grinding sleeves protrude beyond the grinding sleeve holder.
