• Application recommendation: For easy changing of grinding sleeves, pull them on and off with a slight right twist. Keep the grinding sleeve holder clamped in the tool drive. Use suitable grinding oil for the material to significantly increase the tool's service life and grinding performance. For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 20-30 m/s. To ensure a secure fit of the grinding sleeve, adhere to the minimum speed of the grinding sleeve holder.

Processable materials: Bronze, cast steel, cobalt-based alloys, aluminum, ductile cast iron, thermoplastics, brass, copper, fiber-reinforced thermosets (GRP, CFRP), gray/spheroidal cast iron (GG/GJL, GGG/GJS), hardened, tempered steels over 1,200 N/mm² (54 HRC), steels up to 1,200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC).

Processing tasks: Welding seam processing, roughening, sharpening, edge processing, leveling, stepwise fine grinding, deburring, surface processing.

Safety notes: The maximum permissible peripheral speed is 30 m/s. The specified maximum permissible speed must never be exceeded for safety reasons. Do not allow grinding sleeves to protrude beyond the grinding sleeve holder.
