The high-temperature silicone sealant MATIC from Petec is a versatile universal sealing compound specifically designed for applications in temperature-stressed areas. This one-component, permanently elastic silicone provides reliable sealing and is ideal for use on metal parts, plastics, glass, ceramics, and wood. The sealant is not only UV-resistant and climate-resistant but also resistant to water, saltwater, oil, grease, and cleaning agents. With a quick startup time of about 60 minutes and a curing time of 6 hours at a thickness of 2-3 mm, it allows for efficient application. The high-temperature silicone sealant bridges large gaps and fills irregularities without losing clamping force, making it an optimal choice for various sealing applications.
