Peddy Shield Square sail

• 100% UV-stabilized polyester fabric (200 g/m²) with shading or UV protection greater than 95%
• Heavy stainless steel rings at all four corners
• Sides cut in an arc shape to ensure the sail is taut in the middle and does not sag
• With edge reinforcement
• Sun sail washable at 40°C

4 elastic tension straps that keep the sail constantly taut and can absorb wind forces. Children should not play with the straps due to the risk of injury from uncontrolled snapping back.
4 eyelet screws approximately 5 x 50 mm, galvanized steel, for direct attachment to wood (roof rafters) - screw in deeply.
4 dowels - 8 x 40 mm - for installation in stone with an 8 mm masonry drill, for fastening in stone or concrete.

The sail should be removed in winter and during impending storms.

The suspension of the sail should be planned so that the elastic bands are pre-tensioned but not stretched to the endpoint, allowing the sun sail to give way during strong gusts of wind.
Hang the sail at an angle - it looks good when one of the four corners is pulled down low to avoid the formation of water pockets. This part of the sun sail also provides privacy and possibly wind protection.

Children should never play with the tension straps due to the risk of injury. Please note that the taut strap can snap back with great force.
