Made from quality steel grade C 45E according to DIN 17200. Forged head with induction heat treatment of working surfaces (54 HRC). Finely polished working parts. Epoxy powder coating through an electrostatic process, followed by baking. Forged in a die and precision ground. Carefully hardened and properly tempered. Neatly painted and rust-protected through powder coating. The rail and pin are artisanally finely ground. With a double-curved ash or hickory handle. Hickory grip: hardwood of high density, suitable for intensive or frequent use. The nozzle is produced by a hydraulic machine, a tension sensor measures the performance of the nozzle on each product, then a pressure sensor controls the resin installation.
