Made of quality steel grade C 45E according to DIN 17200. Forged head with induction heat treatment of working surfaces (54 HRC). Finely polished working parts. Epoxy powder coating through an electrostatic process, followed by baking. Forged in a die and precision ground. Carefully hardened and properly tempered. Cleanly painted and rust-protected through powder coating. The rail and pin are finely ground by hand. With a double-curved ash or hickory handle. Hickory handle: hardwood of high density, suitable for intensive or frequent use. Ash handle: high flexibility, which particularly contributes to whip-like performance and vibration absorption.
