Epoxy powder coating through an electrostatic process, followed by baking. Forged in a die and precision ground. Carefully hardened and properly tempered. Neatly painted and rust-protected through powder coating. Rail and pin are handcrafted and finely ground. With a double-curved ash or hickory handle. Hickory handle: hardwood of high density, suitable for intensive or frequent use. The nozzle is produced by a hydraulic machine, a tension sensor measures the performance of the nozzle on each product, then a pressure sensor controls the installation of the resin.
