The refrigerant recovery unit is ideal for all refrigeration system builders and technicians for the extraction of refrigerants. It can be used for refrigerants in classes A1, A2L, and A2. The compact recovery unit is easily transportable thanks to a handle and is simple to operate. The extraction speed can be adjusted using the rotary knob. Additionally, the device features a purge function that cleans the system by emptying residual refrigerants. The powerful oil-free 2-piston compressor can generate a pressure of up to 38.5 bar and achieve extraction speeds of up to 9.5 kg/min, depending on the refrigerant. The unit is equipped with both a suction and a discharge pressure gauge, allowing for constant monitoring of pressure changes. Furthermore, the recovery process automatically shuts off if the internal pressure exceeds 38.5 bar to ensure safe operation. The package includes a refrigerant filter, a short filter connection hose, an OFP cable, and a carrying strap. The recovery unit is necessary during the commissioning or maintenance of heat pumps, air conditioning systems, or similar systems filled with refrigerant. Regular inspection and maintenance extend the lifespan of the systems and enhance energy efficiency.
